Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Fry until golden.
  2. Add the chopped red pepper and stir the ingredients well.
  3. Then, add the minced meat and spices, and stir until fully cooked.
  4. Let the mixture cool, then add the mozzarella cheese.

For the sauce:

  1. Mix chopped tomatoes and crushed garlic in a pan.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, and thyme, and stir well.
  3. Let the sauce cool.

  • Mix an egg with a little milk.
